Bucci has a 14-day return period from when you receive your glasses to return them for credit. Sunglasses must be in new, unworn condition and show no signs of wear. Your return will be evaluated and you will be credited for the product purchased via your original method of payment.
Please call Bucci at 800-999-2822 for a Return Authorization number (RA number) before sending back your order. You may also contact us via E-mail:David@Buccisunglasses.com and ask for an RA number. Please identify what item you are returning (description is on the invoice) and include your name and address in your email.
If wish to exchange your Bucci’s for another style, call us for an RA (return authorization) number and we can then send you another pair. You will be charged for the new order at the time it is placed, and then you will receive credit for the return once we have processed it.
Enclose a copy of your invoice along with your return, and write your RA number on the outside of the box. Allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at Bucci.

UPS or Fed Ex automatically insures the first $100 of value. Purchase additional insurance if your sunglasses are valued over $100. Keep all your receipts and tracking number!
UPS and FedEx will give you a tracking number for your shipment which you should retain should you need to file a claim. You may track your package online using your tracking number.
If you ship via US Mail, purchase insurance to cover the original, full cost of the sunglasses. USPS Claims for lost packages can only be issued on insured packages. Keep your receipts from the post office!
If you send your return via US Mail Priority, you can purchase a Delivery Confirmation Tracking number, and you can access tracking information online. Don’t forget to purchase insurance.
Bucci’s purchased from a Bucci dealer or from an internet Bucci dealer must be returned to the company you purchased them from.
